The apartment of 85m2 is located in the privileged urbanization Roques Daurades de l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the ground floor with a large terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and a private garden, in addition to having a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, playground and a small supermarket. The three bedrooms have a double bed, two single beds and two single trundle beds, plus a sofa bed for two additional guests in the living room.
